Establishments Thierry | Fonlupt

A taste for creation and a spirit of excellence and innovation

that drives the luxury industry is a matter of experience.

From the early days with Mr Juan to today’s Mr Nacer, via Mme Thierry and Mme Fonlupt, recognized expertise in women’s luxury ready-to-wear!

If Amedi Nacer took over Établissements THIERRY in 2004 and Productions Simon FONLUPT in 2012, it's because he knows from the inside the needs of France's leading luxury houses in terms of garment manufacturing and supply reliability.
Mr Nacer worked for Kenzo from 1989 to 1992, then for nearly 8 years at LVMH, where he managed production for 5 of the group's brands. From 2001 to 2004, at Hermès, he was in charge of the women's ready-to-wear activity, and shares his obsession for the transmission and preservation of the know-how of French craftsmen. With this in mind, he is committed to training staff in new technologies, and to recruiting young operators who will be trained by older staff. He equips the company with the most modern production resources, as illustrated by the 2008 investment in new premises near Caen, in Ifs, for Établissements THIERRY. The takeover of FONLUPT confirmed the positive development of Établissements THIERRY, whose sales rose by over 35% between 2009 and 2012. With it, the newly-created group takes on a new challenge: to organize synergies between two complementary production units.

Over 50 years of history

Know-how and quality!

For over 50 years, France’s leading luxury women’s ready-to-wear brands have entrusted their creations to our workshops, benefiting from our recognized expertise.

2 sites for unique expertise

ETS THIERRY and ETS FONLUPT are separated by several hundred kilometers, but their know-how is not affected by this distance. The FONLUPT workshops, specialized in light fabrics (silk, organza, etc.) also known as “FLOU”, boast unique expertise.
The know-how of ETS THIERRY, expert in “sleeved” pieces (jackets, coats…) and in a variety of materials (wool, leather, cashmere…), enables both workshops to offer their customers complete expertise in responding to a majority of projects.
